No.12 USC Men's Volleyball Hosts Concordia, Then Alumni
Before returning to its crucial final 2 weeks of MPSF play, the No. 12-ranked USC men’s volleyball team (10-12 overall, 5-9 Mountain Pacific Sports Federation)--riding a 4-match winning streak, its longest since 2015--plays the last of 5 straight non-conference matches when it hosts Concordia (17-9) on Friday (March 24) at 7 p.m. PT. The Trojans then welcome an Alumni team for an exhibition match on Saturday (March 25) at 4 p.m. PT. Because of a scheduling conflict in the Galen Center, both matches will be held in the adjacent Galen Center Pavilion (public entry is from the Pavilion’s west stairs).
Trojans Top Sacred Heart in Five Sets
Lucas Lossone had 15 kills (hitting .312) to lead the Trojans in scoring as USC won its fourth match in a row as they defeated Sacred Heart in five sets, 23-25, 18-25, 25-23, 25-22 and 18-16. This victory in USC's first ever meeting with the Pioneers improves the Trojans' record to 10-12 overall.

In the first-ever meeting between the teams, the No. 12-ranked USC men’s volleyball team (9-12 overall, 5-9 Mountain Pacific Sports Federation)--riding a 3-match winning streak--hosts Sacred Heart (12-3, 5-2 Eastern Intercollegiate Volleyball Association) of the EIVA on Sunday (March 19) at 7 p.m. PT in the Galen Center.
USC Men's Volleyball Victorious Over Harvard In Five Sets
Gianluca Grasso had 18 kills (hitting .300) to be USC's leading scorer for the third match in a row in the Trojans' 3-2 victory over Harvard, 25-16, 19-25, 25-18, 22-25, 15-8 on Tuesday night (March 14). The non-conference match played in USC's Galen Center marked the Trojans' third win in a row as they improved to 9-12 overall.
